The "LOG" (Laboratoire d’Océanologie et de Géosciences UMR 8187) is a research unit that associates the University of Lille (France), the Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale (France) and CNRS, the French National Research Institution. The LOG covers several fields of Geosciences, in particular Marine biology and geology, Biogeochemistry and Environmental chemistry. Research on nanoparticle fate and recycling techniques is a new field of research conducted by the Environmental chemistry group.
